How It All Started

It began as a dream.

After years of making cherished memories at various beach condos, Lisa felt inspired to create a retreat of her own. In 2015, she approached her parents with a vision: to build a family getaway that could also welcome guests from across the country. Together, they took the leap and turned that dream into reality.

In 2019, Lisa’s father—fondly known as the “King Fish”—passed away unexpectedly, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and a passion for living fully with family and friends. His spirit continues to inspire everything we do and is at the heart of what makes this place so special.

Today, the property is thoughtfully managed by Lisa and her daughter, Ellen, who are dedicated to honoring his memory by providing a welcoming space where people can relax, recharge, and reconnect. Over the years, we’ve renovated the condo from top to bottom, including a beautiful new kitchen and a spa-like primary bathroom. From the spacious balcony, you’ll enjoy truly unobstructed views of the Gulf—perfect for sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails.

Whether you’re here for peaceful days on the sand or to explore everything Orange Beach has to offer, we’ve designed this home with care to ensure your stay is comfortable and memorable.

We believe in treating our guests like family and making every stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. As part of your rental, you’ll enjoy complimentary beach chair service through Ike’s, which includes two reserved chairs and an umbrella during the service season.

If you’d like to enhance your beach days with additional chairs or upgraded services, you can easily arrange extras directly with Ike’s for an additional fee.

We’re Lisa and Ellen, a mother-daughter team who feel so grateful to share our beachfront home with guests from near and far. After years of making family memories at the beach, we dreamed of creating a space where others could feel that same sense of belonging, relaxation, and joy.

Together, we own and personally manage Regency Isle 403. From your first inquiry to your last day in the sand, we’re here to make sure every detail of your stay is comfortable, seamless, and memorable.
